10% Residual Income
At EXIT, we believe the REALTORSŪ are the assets for the corporation. It's the REALTORSŪ that generate all the front line money that pays all the bills; the REALTORSŪ create future and profitability in any brokerage.
QUESTION: Have you ever referred a REALTORŪ to your broker for employment? If so, what did your broker give you? A small referral fee? A thank you card? A dinner certificate? A promise to share in office profit only if the office makes a profit?
At EXIT, we'll pay you the equivalent of 10% of the gross commissions of every REALTORŪ you refer to us. It doesn't have to be our office it can be anywhere in the world! This referral bonus is paid to you by EXIT International's head office as thanks for helping build the company.
For example, if you refer John to an EXIT office, you receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of John's gross commissions, paid out as his transactions close, up to $10,000 per year for as long as you both remain within the EXIT system. The bonus comes from EXIT Realty Corp. International, so it doesn't reduce John's commission -- 10% right off the top!
EXIT Success Realty is NOT a "Multi Level Marketing" company. We are a Single Level Residual company. The 10% is just our way of saying "Thanks". So answer this question: How many John's could you refer to an EXIT over the next ten years?
